What is SNUG?
The Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) is a forum for Noble Systems and its clients to exchange ideas, feedback, and to work together to continually improve the service, delivery and performance of their Noble technology solutions. SNUG brings a variety of benefits to its members, including programs and events focused on building the relationship between Noble Systems and its clients. Membership in SNUG is included in Noble Systems’ annual support and maintenance plans, and includes Noble’s clients worldwide.
Who should attend the SNUG conference?
Anyone who uses Noble platforms for managing programs and center activities – Presidents & CEOs, Operations Managers, Team Supervisors, IT Specialists, Sales Managers, Trainers and more. SNUG represents more than 20 different industries, including Cable, Collections, Financial Services, Fundraising, Healthcare, Market Research, Newspapers & Publishing, Service Bureaus & Telemarketing, Resorts and more.
How do I register for the conference?
Registration is easy! Simply complete our online Conference Registration Form (registration coming soon!). You can also use the portal to update and manage your registrations. The deadline for conference registrations is March 29, 2019.
How much does it cost?
The Registration Fee Schedule is:

• By January 31, 2019 $895 per person
• By March 29, 2019 $1295 per person
What is included in the Registration Fee?
Your registration fee gives you access to all User Conference sessions, including all Featured Speakers, Educational Tracks, and Guru Lounge and Demos. The fee also includes the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Wednesday evening, Breakfasts and Lunches during conference hours, and our Evening Entertainment Event on Thursday night. In addition, each paid client attendee at the conference will receive a 6-month membership to our Noble UNIVERSITY Online web-based training portal after the event (a $495 value).
How does the Noble UNIVERSITY Online subscription work?
Paid user attendees will receive a 6-month post-conference membership to our Noble UNIVERSITY Online web-based training portal (a $495 value). The subscription includes unlimited access to Noble product training courses, as well as exclusive access to SNUG 2019 Americas content. You can take as many courses as you want during the subscription period. Clients who receive free passes and guest attendees will receive a 30-day membership with access to the conference materials. If you have an existing account, it will be extended to match the 6-month or 30-day term, respectively. Memberships are not transferable and can only be used by the person attending the conference. Instructions on how to access your subscription will be sent the week following the conference.
Can Guests attend the conference activities?
The SNUG conference activities and conference meals and sessions are intended for users and Noble partners only. Guests may attend the Evening Entertainment on Thursday night, for a fee. Guests must be registered in advance and must be 21 years of age or older. You may indicate a Guest during the registration process.
How do I pay for my registrations?
You will select your payment method when you register for the conference. Registration Fees may be paid by credit card at the time of registration; please be sure to select the “Pay by Credit Card” option before you get to the check-out screen (a convenience fee will be applied to credit card payments). Fees may also be paid by Check. Check payments are due within 30 days of registration; late payments will be subject to Noble’s standard fees and terms. All payments must be received no later than April 17, 2019.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations or registration changes should be made using the online registration portal, or they can sent to email@example.com. Cancellations sent through other sources may not be accepted. Please do not send cancellations to the Noble accounting team.
The Cancellation Policy is:
• 100% refund, less a $50 processing fee, for cancellations received on or before January 31, 2019;
• 50% refund, less a $50 processing fee, for refunds received on or between February 1-March 29;
• NO REFUND for cancellations after March 30 or for conference no-shows. Substitutions will be accepted in the event that a registrant is unable to attend.
How do I reserve a hotel room?
SNUG 2019 will be held at the Sandpearl Resort in Clearwater Beach. We also have an alternate room block at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach. For more information and reservation instructions, see our Travel Info page.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for SNUG conference sessions is business casual. The dinner events are casual/resort casual.
